DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
We are looking for representation from every school for our District Advisory Committee. The commitment is to meet once a month beginning in October from 6:30 pm-8:00 pm at the District Office. The purpose of the DAC is as follows: 1) Give programmatic recommendations to the Budget Advisory Committee based on LCAP and Strategic Plan goals and identified needs related to educating the whole child. 2) Synthesize feedback from other stakeholder groups (PTA Council, DELAC, school sites and survey results) and prioritize recommendations. 3) Give feedback on district projects that are currently in progress. The School Accountability Report Card (SARC) is now available (reported for 2015-2016 school year, published during the 2016-2017 school year). STEAM EXPO (DISTRICT SCIENCE FAIR) INFO
SCUSD's STEAM Expo (formally known as the Science Fair) will be held on May 10, 2017 in the Santa Clara High School Gym. The Expo will include two new categories: Engineering Design and Rube Goldberg Machines.
